HERB CUTTING CELERY 3″
It is an easy to grow biennial similar to parsley. Though it does not produce the heavy thick stalk of modern varieties of celery, it’s leaves and stems have a very strong celery aroma and flavor and can be cut and used fresh or cooked in soups, salads, and stews in place of celery. It is easily grown in containers or in the ground anywhere parsley grows. It does prefer some light shade in Summer and benefits from regular watering. Biennial zones 5-11.
